Bush family capo James Baker says that there are alternatives for US policy in Iraq between "cut and run" and "stay the course."   Since the most likely middle course is a three-way partition, will the new policy therefore be called "cut and stay?"

    Also note that Baker says: “I believe in talking to your enemies.”  Maybe when he’s done providing political cover for the Bush failure in Iraq he can move over to the North Korea mess and smooth the way for the inevitable (see post below) diplomatic deal that will have the be worked out there.
